ORDER

What payment types are accepted?

We process transactions with Stripe and PayPal.

Can I change / cancel my order?

Yes. Please note your order number when you fill out the contact form on our website and a member of our team will be in contact with you. We’ll do our best to assist you in line with our Terms and Conditions.

How do I know if my order has been successfully processed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed. This email contains a reference number / invoice number too.

SHIPPING

When will my order be dispatched? How will I know? How long will it take?

Your order should be dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment.

Delivery is by Australia Post. Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Under normal circumstances Australia Posts aims for:

  • NSW: 5 business days

  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Which countries do you ship to?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. Contact us via the contact form if you would like to organise a delivery overseas.

How much will shipping cost?

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and charged a flat rate of $10.

What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Australia Post processes apply. Contact Australia Post directly and supply the tracking number.

If there is a problem with my order who can I contact?

Fill out the Contact form on our website and be sure to include the order number – it is noted on the invoice that was mailed to you when you placed your order. Explain your concerns and we will do our very best to find a solution inline with our Terms and Conditions.

REFUND & RETURNS 

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of order on unused items in original condition. Please include proof of purchase in the returned parcel and we will notify you on approval or rejection of a refund. The Refund of cost of goods will be automatically applied to your credit card or method of payment you used and processed within days of the transaction submission. We only refund postage on Faulty goods, not on change of mind refunds. 

What can I use as a proof of purchase?

The invoice sent to you on receipt of your order is what you will need – it has the order number on it. If you can’t locate your order number, fill out our contact form and note your name and suburb and we’ll track your order down.

What can I do if my purchase is faulty?

Please fill out our contact form and note the issue and we will be in touch to discuss next steps. We only replace items (like for like) if they are defective or damaged.

SIZING

Headgear. Caps and visors are a ‘one size fits all’ and fit most head sizes. The back has an adjustable Velcro tab.

Totes. Note the dimensions listed in the product description for each product.

PACKAGING

We mainly use compostable mailers from Hero Packaging.

We mainly use recycled paper and organic inks for our communication material from NoIssue.
